The World’s Worst Violent Insurrectionists

They say a picture is worth a thousand words.  You can look at a single image and imagine what must have happened to reach that particular point in time.  There is no way for anyone to know what transpired to make that image possible.  So, Big Media takes a single image, which is already an emotional trigger for some, and adds their own commentary of what happened to progress their own narrative.  You weren’t there, so you have no way of knowing for certain what happened before that single image was taken.

But, what if you didn’t have to imagine what happened or believe what Big Media is telling you?  What if there was an invention that would record a moving image of what someone was doing and saying?  That would be amazing!

It turns out that already exists.  Other works preceded his but in 1888, Thomas Edison created the Kinetograph which could project moving images on a screen.  In the 1920’s “talkies” were invented making it possible to capture sound as well as images.

Jump forward almost 100 years and everyone is walking around with a video recorder in his/her pocket.

But, when talking about the “violent insurrection” at the Capitol building, Big Media has selected a single image and uses their own thousand words to tell you what that image means.

Since it’s Friday, let’s do something fun and have a brief bit of audience participation.

What’s the difference between a “violent insurrectionist” and a “mostly-peaceful protester”?

I’ll wait while you think of an answer.  Don’t cheat and look ahead.

[waiting…waiting…waiting]

OK.  Got your answer?  Great!

Ha!  It’s a trick question.  There are a lot of differences between the two.  I will accept any of the following answers.

  1. The violent insurrectionist is a Conservative, the mostly-peaceful protester is a Liberal.
  2. The violent insurrectionist is polite, the mostly-peaceful protester beats up old people.
  3. The violent insurrectionist will defend your right to free speech, the mostly-peaceful protester physically attacks anyone who disagrees with them.
  4. The violent insurrectionist respects the police, the mostly-peaceful protestor says all cops are bastards.
  5. The violent insurrectionist spreads viruses, the mostly-peaceful protestor does not.
  6. The violent insurrectionist believes that every legal vote should be counted, the mostly-peaceful protestor believes they have a right to loot a Target.

Take a look at the sort-of-Viking guy standing behind the podium in the Senate chamber.  Big Media is calling him, and others, “violent insurrectionists” and are making it sound like they were a blood thirsty mob bent on death and destruction.

What they don’t tell you is that they are likely the most polite and God-fearing violent insurrectionists in the history of the world.

With everyone carrying around video cameras, we rarely have to rely on a single image anymore.  And, we don’t in this situation either.  We’re not reliant on Big Media to tell us what happened.  We can see for ourselves.

Take a look at this video and then we’ll continue.

I don’t know about you but I think that these guys are probably the worst violent insurrectionists there has ever been.  One guy, after being shot in the face by a rubber bullet said he was there to make sure that the other violent insurrectionists weren’t disrespecting the Senate chamber.  They spoke calmly and rationally to the single police officer who they, if they were better violent insurrectionists, could have easily overpowered.

The video has obviously been edited so we are missing a bit of what happened in the middle.  But, while more people showed up, their demeanor remained calm.  They took a bunch of selfies and then…they prayed. [in case you missed it, they thanked God “for giving the police officers the inspiration needed to allow us into the building”]

These guys are terrible violent insurrectionists.  They had no idea what they were doing.  Where are all the fires?  Where’s the graffiti?  Why weren’t there more statues and other priceless objects stolen or destroyed?

Someone should tell the instructors at “Trump’s Violent Insurrection University” that they need to ramp up their game.  If they really want to create a group of violent insurrectionists, they should borrow the lesson plan from ANTIFA/BLM and teach students how to burn things, cover everything that isn’t burned with graffiti, beat up old people, throw explosive devices at the police, and steal liquor and flat screen televisions.

In other words, to be better violent insurrectionists, Trump supporters need to stop their courteous uprising and start acting more like mostly-peaceful protesters.
