About 20 years ago, I was working at a small, growing company that had just passed the 100-employee mark. At a dinner to celebrate the event, one of the board members remarked, “Well, now you have one of everything.” I gave him an inquisitive look, so he continued, “With 100 people, you now have at least one alcoholic, one wife beater, one thief, etc. You have at least one of every type of person there is.”
I have no idea where he got his data. I’m guessing it was through experience. But the point that stuck with me is this: The more people you have in a group, the more likely it is that someone in the group will have any particular trait. And not all of the traits possessed by those people will be good.
To most people, a billion dollars is a lot of money. With a billion dollars, I could do, or get done, pretty much anything I want. I would be unstoppable. It’s a real good thing for everybody that I’m a nice guy.
There are 2,755 billionaires in the world. Some of these 2,800-ish people are just lucky, some were born into wealth, some are smart, and some are undoubtedly what we’d consider to be geniuses.
The current estimate is that one percent of people meet the clinical criteria of a psychopath. This rate varies with the population being observed. For example, about 25% of male prisoners in federal penitentiaries are psychopaths. I’d say that it’s more likely than not that, with a group of billionaires, the data will skew higher rather than lower, so it’s probably safe to assume that 10% of all billionaires are psychopaths.
That means that we have about 280 people in the world with virtually unlimited funds available who are quite likely psychopathic.
Here’s a fun fact: Did you know that the insanity defense isn’t generally available to psychopaths? That’s because psychopaths can identify and provide full details of the crimes they committed, and they know that carrying out actions of this nature is legally wrong. In other words, psychopaths are considered evil and not legally insane.
So, we can conclude that there are about 280 evil billionaires in the world. Statistically, some of them will be geniuses. That means that there are actual honest-to-goodness evil geniuses with unlimited resources.
The key word in the above Fun Fact is “legally”. Psychopaths know that what they’re doing is “legally wrong”, they just don’t necessarily believe that it actually is wrong.
If I had a billion dollars, the world would still be safe. Because I’m a nice guy. Or, at least I think I’m a nice guy. It could be that I’m delusional and I only think I’m not a psychopath.
What if our evil genius billionaires were delusional as well psychopathic? What if they believed that what they were doing might be illegal but is still necessary? What if they believed that their ends justified their means? Now that would be scary.
Why do I bring this up? Because it explains so much.
With unlimited funds, each not-beyond-the-realm-of-probability evil genius could have their own private army. They could have a flock of private investigators digging up dirt on people. They could hire, bribe, blackmail or coerce pretty much anyone they wanted, in order to do pretty much anything they wanted to get done. They would be unstoppable.
The Left has poo-pooed the “George Soros conspiracy theory” for years. But, the claim that he’s an evil billionaire could easily be true. In fact, his actions indicate that it most likely is true. And, the law of probability tells us that he’s almost certainly not the only one.
The existence of evil genius billionaires would explain all the otherwise unexplainable things that have happened, and are still happening.
It would explain Fauci lying to everyone (and getting away with it), Joe Biden somehow getting “elected”, and Critical Race Theory being taught in our schools.
It would explain ANTIFA given free rein to terrorize innocent citizens (and people pretending it’s a myth), socialist organizations like Black Lives Matter becoming mainstream, and Big Media pushing the Liberal agenda.
It would explain the “Russian Collusion” hoax, the Wuhan coverup, Big Tech censorship, and the modern-day slavery/human trafficking scourge that nobody seems to be making a real effort to stop.
Now, I’m not saying that all these things are the work of evil genius billionaires. I’m just saying that I believe it’s possible that they could be. You’d have to be foolish not to at least consider the possibility.
Evil genius billionaires set on controlling the world is the only theory that explains everything. Unless, that is, you have a better one.
