It’s been several weeks since Slow Joe announced his plan to force businesses to force their employees to get vacksinated. According to Joe’s plan, businesses with more than 100 employees will be required to coerce their employees to be jabbed, or tested at least weekly.
Now that the dust has settled a bit, let’s unpack what’s really going on.
First of all. Biden’s vackseen mandate doesn’t apply to the members of Congress. But that’s because, as far as Congress is concerned, Executive Orders fall under the “I’m rubber, you’re glue” category. The Executive Branch (which is the president) can’t tell the Legislative Branch (which is Congress) to do anything. So, all Representatives, Senators and all their employees are exempt from Joe’s crazy edict.
That also goes for everybody in the Judicial Branch (which includes the Supreme Courts all other Federal Courts). All 30,000-plus of them. The president can’t touch them either.
Must be nice.
Then there’s the meme going around about the US Postal service being exempt from Biden’s mandate. But is it true? The answer depends on which mandate we’re talking about. Because of some strange HR stuff, the USPS is an independent agency of the Executive Branch. So, technically, they’re not Federal employees.
That means that Executive Order mandating federal and contractors to be vacksinated don’t apply to the USPS. But Joe’s mandate for business with more than 100 employees would apply. So, while the postal workers aren’t affected by Joe’s first crazy COVID idea, they are affected by his second one. This is what the “fact checkers” would call “partly false”. But, being a glass-half-full kind of guy, I’m going to call it “partly true”.
Joe’s crazy COVID mandate also doesn’t apply to illegal aliens. Now, according to Joe, we’re not allowed to call them illegal aliens and are supposed to refer to them as noncitizens. But I don’t work for Joe, he works for me. So, he can take the term “noncitizen” and shove it up his nonpresident ass. I’m going to continue to call them illegal aliens.
I keep coming back to the thought that if the “COVID Crisis” was as bad as we’re supposed to believe, something more than a half-assed effort would be made to protect everyone.
We’ve got a bunch of people who just travelled thousands of miles to sneak into the U.S. They are undoubtedly malnourished and exhausted. You know, the kind of people who would be most susceptible to catching, spreading and dying from COVID-19.
These illegal aliens flow freely across our border. Some are caught and returned. Many others are caught and bussed off to locations far and wide. What happens then? Are they forced to be vacksinated? Nope. Are they tested every week to make sure that they’re still uninfected? Nope.
The illegal aliens are allowed to galivant around the country without anyone bothering to make sure they remain COVID-free.
That’s great for them. But Joe expects us Americans to either get jabbed or submit to weekly testing.
Well, not all Americans.
If you’re on the government dole, you’re not required to be vacksinated before you can pick up your Welfare check. It seems like that’s discrimination. Poor people are much more likely to have bad eating habits and to be generally unhealthy. Statistically, they’re also less likely to be vacksinated.
Now, I’m against all COVID vackseen mandates. But I think that if there are going to be mandates, the place you should start is with people who are getting free shit. If they want to keep getting free shit, then they should need to follow the same mandates that those of us paying for the free shit have to follow.
By focusing the vackseen mandates on the gainfully employed, the Biden administration is saying that they value the lives of taxpayers over the lives of the people on public assistance.
Well, not all taxpayers.
There are more than 10 million self-employed people in the United States. Are they all required to get vacksinated or tested weekly? Nope.
In 2018, companies with fewer than 100 employees accounted for over 98% of all businesses in the U.S. It’s true that Joe and his cronies have succeeded in bankrupting many of those businesses with the scamdemic lockdowns. But there are still a lot of small businesses left. And most of them have employees. That’s tens of millions of people, and none of them are impacted by Joe’s arbitrary mandate.
In fact, the only people that Joe seems intent on trying to kill are people who work for medium-to-large sized companies. In what world does that make any sense?
I’ve heard people say that Biden’s plan is supposed to protect the workforce which will protect tax revenues. Why would he care? It’s not like he’s living within a budget. The entire federal government, both Democrats and Republicans have for decades been spending money like there’s no tomorrow.
Do you want to know why Slow Joe and his handlers are able to slowly erode away our Constitutional rights? I’ll tell you why. It’s because a lot of people have been duped into believing that COVID-19 is a lot worse than it actually is. And it’s that fear that’s causing them to look the other way each time they lose a little more of their freedom.
This reminds me of the old riddle, “Why does a dog lick his balls?” The answer is simple. Because he can. Why does Joe Biden keep signing ridiculous vackseen mandates? Because he can.
And until people start to wake up, pay attention, and grow a pair, he’s going to keep doing it.
