I can predict the future. It’s not difficult and nearly everyone can do it. Hell, my dog can even do it. If you’ve ever caught something tossed your way, then you’ve predicted the future too.
Allow me to explain.
Now, some people couldn’t catch a ball if their life depended on it, so this may not apply to you. But, for most people, when someone tosses you a ball, you put your hand where you predict the ball will be at some point in the future. Your brain takes a few data points, such as how the ball was thrown (overhand or underhand), the estimated velocity of the ball and its initial trajectory, and then calculates where the ball will be when it gets closer to you. And that’s where you put your hand.
Pattern recognition is another form of predicting the future. If you can recognize a pattern, you can predict what will happen next. The faster you can recognize a pattern, the faster you can predict what the future will bring.
About 30 years ago, I worked for an ex-Army Ranger. One thing he said that really stuck with me is that one of the most important talents to have is “fast pattern recognition”. That is, the ability to recognize a pattern with just a few bits of data. Because, on the battlefield, being able to quickly recognize a pattern can be the difference between life or death. It can be the difference between triumph and disaster.
As of Wednesday, Joe Biden is the one tossing the ball. And, now that we have a few data points, we can predict the future and see where the ball will eventually end up. In less than three days, Joe Biden has put the country on a trajectory that can only end in disaster.
In less than 72 hours, he has already:
- Made our borders less secure.
- Pissed off our allies.
- Increased unemployment.
- Reduced our ability to be energy independent.
- Eviscerated the protections provided to girls by Title IX.
- Began the process to rejoin the lopsided Paris climate agreement which is NOT advantageous to America.
- Completely ignored rioting and looting perpetrated by ANTIFA.
- Ignored his own mandate requiring masks on all federal properties.
- Disregarded and disrespected our soldiers by making them sleep in a parking garage.
We already have enough data to recognize a pattern. We don’t need any more bits of data. Joe Biden is following the socialist agenda that they told us all along was coming. He is methodically removing everything President Trump did to Make America Great Again. He is purposely putting plans in place to make us less secure, more reliant on foreign energy and less of a friend to our allies. Nearly every move being made is guaranteed to further separate a divided nation.
Recognizing the pattern and predicting the future is easy. Joe Biden isn’t putting America first. He’s not going to keep America great. When the ball lands, if we’re still here to catch it, Joe Biden will have eliminated our status as a superpower. And he will have made America “meh”.
